The company offers an extensive range of innovative, end-to-end, modular solutions for content delivery, protection, discovery, and monetization. 
Viaccess-Orca helps content providers and TV operators shape a smarter and safer TV and OTT experience in over 35 countries.
In response to a strategic vision for growth and market expansion, the company has embarked on a comprehensive UI redesign initiative. 
This redesign entails a meticulous analysis of the entire product inside out to provide a seamless and intuitive experience. 
By adopting a user-centric approach and incorporating localization strategies, the company aims to establish a strong foothold in new markets while fostering a sense of familiarity and trust among users. 
This forward-thinking UI redesign not only signifies the company’s dedication to innovation but also serves as a bridge connecting its products with a global audience, ultimately driving expansion and enhancing its competitive edge.
Our focus was to streamline the workflow for existing and new TV operators when managing customer accounts using VO’s data-driven system, updating the css gradually and creating an updated version of the app in addition to be implanted over time to all users. 
We aimed to enhance intuitiveness, reduce the learning curve for new operators, and improve productivity by simplifying processes, improving information architecture, and providing relevant information in context.
By aligning the redesigned interface with industry standards and familiar user interfaces, we aimed to leverage operators’ existing knowledge and transferable skills. This approach facilitated a smooth transition and accelerated their adaptation to the updated system.
The redesign process involves close collaboration with the UX department, navigating through numerous constraints to maintain a structure closely aligned with the existing interface.
At every stage, user research was meticulously conducted to ensure that each step of the process remained as clear and intuitive as possible for the users.

The collaboration between various departments, notably the UX team, and the meticulous adherence to the existing structure while accommodating restraints, proved to be pivotal in maintaining a sense of familiarity and usability for users. The integration of comprehensive user research at every juncture highlighted the importance of informed decision-making, leading to a refined UI that resonates across diverse markets. 
This project reaffirmed the value of adaptability and localization in design, acknowledging cultural nuances and user behaviors as critical factors in global expansion. 
Ultimately, the project's success not only solidified the company's commitment to innovation but also reinforced the notion that a thoughtful and user-centric UI redesign is an indispensable catalyst for growth and market penetration.
